Opened devices and consumables (pods/refills) are non-returnable, unless defective.&lt;/p&gt;

If the Product is defective, please call our customer service team, who will first try to resolve the issue over the phone. If this is not possible, a member of our customer service team will visit you in person to try and resolve the issue. If it is not possible to resolve the issue in person, our customer service team will take the defective device away for diagnostic testing. (Refer to Sales terms and conditions
